Frequently asked questions
Will Minnie be attending?
Of course! Minnie will be at the ceremony only so make sure you get your cuddles in before the reception.
Is there a dress code?
We kindly ask all our guests to wear black attire in keeping with our Black Tie dress code.
Think timeless and elegant—tuxedos for the gents, and formal black dresses or evening gowns for the ladies. We can’t wait to see everyone looking sharp and chic in black!

Are children invited?
While we absolutely adore your little ones, please note that our wedding will be an adult-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
That said, children are more than welcome to join us for the Welcome Drinks and Recovery Day festivities.
What are the transportation arrangements to and from the wedding venue?
For details on bus transport and pick-up locations, please refer to our Wedding Transport page.
What if I have a dietary requirement?
Please don’t forget to let us know if you have any dietary requirements when you RSVP. We want to make sure everyone is well taken care of and enjoys the meal, so your preferences or restrictions will help us plan accordingly.
Can I take photos?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the beautiful highlights, and we’ll be sure to share the photos with you afterwards. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a distraction-free environment for this important moment.
Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the garden, while the reception will be held indoors. Guests will walk along paved pathways to the garden but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. To ensure comfort, we recommend avoiding stilettos or other thin heels.
P.S as the evening can get chilly, we suggest that ladies bring a coat or jacket.
Why the South West?
The South West holds a special place in our hearts, as we both spent holidays here growing up. And, with many of our loved ones travelling from overseas, we wanted to showcase the beauty of Western Australia and all it has to offer!
